First off I want to give Isaiah credit for being an excellent/honest trader. This deal went through on 4/20/04 and the item was promptly shipped to me. Unfortunately during shipping, the aftermarket HSF unit came loose inside the packaging and caused all sorts of damage to the video card. When I recieved it, I instantly knew it was DOA, and after sending some pictures back and explaining the condition I found the card in upon recieving the package, we worked out a refund and I shipped the card back to him. Today 5/22/04, I recieved my refund, but there was no need at all during this time to bother him or get worried as throughout the whole situation, Isaiah kept in good communication with me and made me aware of what was going on, and when he expected to be able to refund me the money. All in all, inspite of this deal not working out for us, I must commend Isaiah for being honest and upfront. I would in the future trade with Isaiah again given how he handled himself during this transaction. In my mind, the truest test of a traders worth is how he handles a situation when something goes wrong, and Isaiah has passed this test with flying colors.
