I saw Chris' post for Radeon 9700 Pro and Radeon 9800 Pro video cards. He had a VERY reasonable price on the 9800 Pros, so I PMd him to ask him about whether they were retail cards (or OEM), included all retail packaging (or bare card), and if they had the 5-Year ATi Warranty. He answered my questions politely, letting me know that it was a bare retail card with the ATi warranty. After checking his HeatWare (he had far less than me) I asked if he would send first. Somewhat understandably, he didn't feel comfortable shipping first. I offered to pay half upfront, and half on receipt of the card. He agreed, and shipped. I received the card two days later :) Unfortunately, the card was not a retail version, as advertised, but actually a DELL offering of the card. I notified Chris of this, and he agreed to refund my money, or exchange the card in the case of any problem (assuming ATi wouldn't cover it themselves) I appreciate the offer, and am glad to have purchased from a seller like Chris who stands behind his product. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (in spite of the minor listing error) for his professional attitude, pricing and manner of dealing. I would DEFINITELY deal with him again, A++
