If the violation affects a financial institution, such person shall be fined not more than $1,000,000 or imprisoned not more than 30 years, or both.

Quick to respond to sell it. Good communication until he started delaying shipping. I paid with a Bank Money Order. He promised to ship as soon as he recieved the MO. After he got the MO, he responded that I had to wait 3 business days for the MO to clear "my bank account". Get a grip, MOs are almost like cash.They don't come from your checking account. He got the MO on a Wed, promised to ship on Sat. The P3 is for a sold unit which is now being delayed. Never heard back from him all weekend. Another trader did some online searching and came up with a phone #, I called the following Monday and was told about the bank delay and the weather. Yes, the Boston area was in a snow storm and I accept that. But no contact all day Saturday ? I am unhappy about this deal. I won't give a negative eval but I can't give a positive eval either. This guy is young, maybe he will learn in due time. Good Luck.

Good communication, great packing and shipping. The laptop arrived with damages that the seller did not disclose to me. He refuses to to do anything about the problem. I couldn't justify a positive or negative eval on this deal. This trader has threatened to retaliate with a neutral eval against me for leaving a neutral on him.
