Great deal all around. He made an offer, I accepted, and he paid promptly. Due to a very hectic & stressful week for me, I forgot that he had specifically requested shipping NOT with USPS. I sent it USPS and it fortunatey arrived safely. He notified me of my mistake and I refunded him the difference in cost.
