After sending paypal to David, I was told it would be sent out the next morning (11th). He sent me a PM (13th) saying he just shipped. I received it the 22nd with postage purchased on 1-16-01. He told me the USPS would not send a padded envelope priority and there was no insurance or DC after I payed $5 for shipping.
