first let me say it was great dealing with diluted! He accidentally crossed two packages and I got something that was supposed to be RMA'd.... Sometimes when these things happen is when you see the true merrit of a trader and that was the case here. He took care of this very honestly and quickly. I got the right item with just a few days delay and he reimbursed me quickly for my cost in shipping the RMA package on for him. Very nice communication, very pleasant to deal with.
