Tom is an excellent man to deal with.I bought the video card as a 32mb TNT2,but when it arrived it was obviously not a 32mb card(I believe it is 8mb,based on the performance compared to my other TNT2 8MB card).I let Tom know it was not what I had expected,and he had been misled when he bought it from another member here,so Tom returned all of my paypal except $5 and I kept the card for future use.I have to give Tom credit for doing the right thing,even at cost to himself to make sure I was happy.In my book thats what it is all about(making the buyer happy),so Tom has earned a place on my recommended trader list as a first rate trader.I will gladly do business with Tom anytime,if you get a chance to deal with him you wont be sorry.Thanks a lot Tom your an AAA+++
