This gentleman, KelvinL, was very pleasant to deal with as there were some details about the computer with which I was unfortunately unable to help. The manner in which he packaged the drives for safe travel by taping them to the inside walls of a cardboard box was ingenious. He also eagerly accommodated my peculiar request to have the postal service retain my parcel indoors at their annex for personal retrieval. Thus we avoided the unfavorable thermal conditions (ie, scorching hot temperatures) of home delivery. I would have expected his goods in about a week but received them in only two (2) days. Judging from this one trade, he is a seller you can depend on.

The processor worked fine, but the the 2x2gb (4gb) ram didn't work. I contacted him and he immediately sent me out another set of 2x2gb ram. the new set he sent me out worked perfectly. Sure there was a small goof with the first set of ram he sent me, but I was not worried one bit because he had great communication and fixed the issue by sending me another set of RAM. Hope to deal with KelvinL again!
