Great communication, and was patient while the money order got there. Due the Canandian postal service attempting to deliver only once, then only mailing a notice to tummy which took a week to get to him, it took a long time for the MO to get there.

The company I work for was in the process of purchasing an APC Matrix 5000 when Rich tested it and found it to be non-operational. He promptly notified me, and provided an alternative in purchasing a Matrix 3K from his company. He made no money on the deal.
Since there were several of us purchasing items, he personally drove from Grand Rapids, Mi. to Columbus, Oh. to deliver the UPS & parts.
You can't get better service than that.
I will buy from him again, as I can trust him to provide working parts at great prices.
