He was delayed in shipping (which really was not a problem) so he decided to give them to me for free. Tremendous value/service offered by this dude. He will reflash your bad bios chips for a very nominal fee. In my case, it turned out that my bios chip was bad. He gave me a replacement free of charge. I can't praise this guy high enough using Heatware. If there was a choice above Positive, he would definitely get my vote. Thanks bud.
