Bought a dat tape drive, tapes, and SCSI card from CGS

Tape drive was shipped very quickly and packed extremely well, When the tape drive got to me it was DOA however CGS was more then willing to take back the dead drive but I turned down the offer so I could contact tech support and try and have warranty work done on the drive, after fighting with onstream for a few weeks, they asked me for some info that CGS was happy to provide. CGS was great through the whole deal and I dont doubt for a moment that the drive was working when it left CGS but the Fedex guy must have been having a horrible day because this thing was packed REALLY well and still died :( - anyway, everything worked out okay and I am very happy with the transaction :)
