What a great guy. He had messed up and sent me a tv tuner card in place of the audio card. I was able to help him and worked out the problem with the other buyer of the actual tv card and was able to correct his small misstake. After all was done he let me get the card less then what I was to buy it for. Then I had a problem on my end but he decided to give, yes give, me the product as a birthday present to me. All in all one of the best I have had the pleasure doing a deal with and would be happy to do more in the future with NP. Thank you yet again Nick!
