Bought and Paid for 3 Sticks of SDRam. Never received item.

Agreed to buy 3 sticks of SDRam for $23. Paid Paypal same say. Seller stated he would ship within 2 days. 10 days later no item. Sent seller email #2 he stated he forgot and would ship that day 12/23/3. 13 Days later still no item and no response from seller in email. Item was finally received 30 days later. It seems like this was an honest mistake. But it still should have not taken this long to fix or reestablish communication
