Sony dj-e825 CD Walkman (supposedly brand new), supposed to be cross-shipped

The CD player was not cross-shipped, Steve repeatedly lied about shipping the item and finally waited until he received my money order. He did not insure the package as promised.

The CD player was HEAVILY scratched and scuffed and was nowhere close to the brand new condition stated in the FS post. While I was not expecting a sealed box item I was not expecting major cosmetic damage when the item was advertised as BRAND NEW either.

I immediately insisted on a full return of my money plus funds to ship the item back, which I did receive, although again the postmark did not match the date I was told the item was mailed.

This user was abusive and rude via PM and was, on the whole, unbelievably unpleasant to deal with. I would not recommend dealing with titanz117 unless you have a penchant for self-abuse.

I dont know who you are, or what your problem is other than the fact that you are obviously a 14 year old pimple farmer who needs a good asswhipping. You leave me an eval for no apparent reason, I leave you one for being a complete jackass.
