I bought a joystick from this trader but Caveat Emptor (see below)

On Aug 14 I paypal'ed this guy 25.00. He said it'd be a couple days - he was moving - I said fine I'll be out of town for a week or so anyway. I returned on the 26th with no sign of the joystick. I contacted him to ask if it was on its way? He said no, sorry been real busy, but it will be right away and I'll send you a tracking #. 1 week later 9/3/04 and I've heard NOTHING from him and still no joystick. I contact him and now I am getting fed up. He tells me it "shipped awhile ago" but still provides no proof. Tells me he'll check with UPS and LMK.

After I write AGAIN he says "what are you getting upset about, UPS has it you'll get it when they deliver it" but provides no tracking number. I tell him I've had it, I contact the mods and threaten to list him as a troll. I hear no more from him until 9/8/04 when he says he shipped it the beginning of last week. That same day UPS delivers the joystick. The tracking number confirms that he shipped the item only on Friday 9/3/04.

All this guy ever had to do was be straight with me. I was never in a hurry. I just wanted to know the status and he couldn't even do that. I'll never deal with him again but I'm going to give him a neutral rating because I'm a fair man and i did finally get the item in good condition.
