We decided to do an \"almost\" face to face since we worked close to NYC. He gave the package to one of his friends and I picked it up from her since she worked in the same hospital as my wife.

Communications was excellent from this trader. He was involved with every part of the deal so it went smooth.

There was, however, a little ding on the mouse that he was not aware of and we settled immediately on compensation. Without hesitation, he offer to fix what was wrong. Class Act here.
