Barry paid very promptly and I packed and paid postage just as fast but... package never made it to the post office. Barry was a great sport about the situation but we got our signals crossed on what to do when I discovered the package was still sitting in \"the to be sent bin\" at my office. I refunded Barry\'s money and sent him the card in good faith. Barry is an A+ buyer and a stand up trader. He is going to try and sell the card I sent him and send me the cash, a very generous offer considering I said he can keep the card. :)

Liteon CD/DVD Combo Drive

sold Barry the Combo drive and accidently shipped it to another trader on the boards.

Barry was unbelieveably cool about it all - I was totally ashamed and he was so peaceful and understanding throughtout the whole ordeal.

He never had an ill word, never sent me any crappy messages, didn't call me a troll - nothing! nothing but smiles and that's okay though it all.

the other trader let me know i had sent him two of the same drive and the three of us decided that i would just sell the drive to the trader who got Barry's drive and i bought Barry another one from Newegg since i had bought all of the ones they had here locally.

Now, Barry would have been totally within his rights to be very pissed off and disappointed but instead (to save me A BUNCH of money on shipping) he just asked that i send him another drive with the money that he paid for plus the money i got from selling the SAME drive to the other trader.

i mean actually made money on the deal :o

i was totally taken by his kindness, patience and understanding especially when i didn't deserve any of the above.
