Pros:

• FREE New gliding pads replaced included with the purchase. Feels smoother than stock

• Switch replacement (Zippy) was even better than before. Clicks felt effortless but not mistake prone. Also perfect for my tiny weak fingers haha.

• Quick turn around

• FREE cleaning (From now on I'll take better care of it haha)

• Recycling! I never had a seller send my original package back (lightly modified with brand). The returned package was cleanly modified, protected and more secure then when I sent it.

Review:

I googled my mouse problem and found Ents channel on YouTube.

For FREE you're advised on everything you need to solve it, which I think is a pretty honest business model.

I didn't have the tools so I decided to use the service advertised in their description.

Before this problem, I didn't know mice had different switches. I sent my request noting I wasn't sure if what I selected was best.

Ents went out of their way before even sending an invoice to paint me a picture of what I was buying and reccomended an alternative closer to stock. I chose the ones closer to stock.

After I sent my mouse the turn around was quick, and the delivery quicker than estimated.

I normally don't write reviews, but I was really impressed with the results. I'll be reccomending this to friends if their G Pro Wireless starts acting up.

(Also the hand written note was a nice touch)

The process of filling out the forum to determine if your mouse is compatible with the switch replacement is easy to understand, the micro switches have a description of its specifications making it easy to choose which one suits you, and constant communication updates to let the buyer know when the package arrived, when the replacing the switches is completed, and letting you know when the package is delivered. The package usually takes about a week to get back to me, and I never had problems with the package being destroyed as everything is nice and packed with packing cushion inside protecting the mouses inside. I'm glad that I have a place to go to whenever my gaming mouses start to have double clicking problems, I can go to ents as he's reliable, very communicated with the buyer, and does an excellent job all the time!

My G903 lightspeed had been encountering issues with double clicking and drag-n-drop failures. After a couple RMAs, I eventually came to the conclusion that the stock microswitches were indeed the problem and I wasn't doing myself any favours by continually hoping a new one would fix the problem. After first trying to fix the first mouse myself (and failing), then seeing that I wasn't alone in my frustration after I viewed Ents YouTube video on how to actually fix it, I decided to request his service to fix it himself.

As I live in Canada the postal service took a little longer than it probably would otherwise inside the US, but outside that the work was done quickly and flawlessly. I now have some shiny new Huano microswitches installed, along with some fancy new treads on the bottom of the mouse! Ents was very pleasant to work with, and provided all the required instructions to make the repair process easy. Thank you for your service!

I have been a G303 user for a while now; however, since it has been discontinued, I decided to future proof my mouse by having switches swapped and a paracord added along with the original stress relief. Now, I have japanese omrons in my G303 which will not likely double click any time soon and they feel even better than the stock switches by a mile.
