I wasn't impressed with how the item was shipped. He just taped a sheet of paper over the front of the box to ship it. The card worked great for a while. Its dying now though. Artifacts are showing up, the screen flickers on and off, etc. I don't believe he sold the card intentionally knowing it would have problems.
