The laptop was shipping out quickly following payment. There was a problem with a cracked screen (it was an unopened brand new laptop so Tom didn't know about it until I notified him), but we were able to get it resolved via warranty service. Tom was ready on standby to provide any help if needed.

Purchased a Minolta Dimage Z1 digital camera from Tom. Tom was fantastic in providing specs, sample pictures, special delivery options, everything a great trader could ask for.

Due to an inherent flaw in the design of the camera, I wasn\'t comfortable in keeping the camera. (The viewfinder got stuck several times, a very common issue with the camera) Tom was more than willing and helpful to setup an arrangement/work something out.

In my now 6 years of trading I have not met a better trader (in terms of being reasonable or communication) than Tom. There\'s a reason why he\'s so highly liked on AT. I would deal with Tom again anyday of the week in a heartbeat. Thanks Tom!
