While I must say his communication in the beginning was VERY poor, later in the transaction he admitted his shortcoming and really stepped it up. I applaud him for his acknowledgment of the issue and his steps to recify the problem.

That said, everything arrived as promised sans the weights for the mouse but as soon as I notified him of the oversight he made things right immediately!!! I would deal with him again, but I would be sure to clarify everything from the beginning and get a better contact method in case.
