The card did not work correctly when it arrived and ceased functioning entirely within a few days. The seller was initially responsive, but stopped responding and has not taken the card back/refunded my money.
Response from iGrooCkI have provided the buyer with all needed RMA information. Sapphire has issued an exchange for the "defective" card. Couldnt communicate with the seller at the time due to a health issue. The issue has been sorted with the buyer. I apologize for any issues/problems caused.September 25, 2014
