Josh was very nice and straightforward in the whole deal. Good response time. He offered to ship first to make sure it was what I wanted and that I was satisfied before sending the money. The laptop was a bit more scratched then I'd hoped, but Josh was very amicable in working out an adjustment in the purchase price. It was simply a misunderstanding of perception.
