Where do I start?! This transaction couldn't possibly have gone smoother. Communication was perfect and the laptop was exactly to a T as described (T as in Thinkpad... hehe). The packing job was the best I have ever seen a laptop packed! It was carefully wrapped in plastic, then 2 layers of bubble wrap, then non-static generating peanuts in an oversized box. If all my purchases were this smooth I'd be STOKED! Thanks again!
