The seller received money on March 26th. It has been almost 3 weeks, but I still do not have the shipping info. Seller also refuses to refund me the money, saying that he does not give refunds on items sold. I consider this theft as he is keeping my fund and intentionally not sending the item. His only excuse is himself being busy, which I consider unacceptable, given he had 3 weeks to ship.
