~8.5 GB hard drive in exchange for money

It took about a month from the time that my payment was received to the time that I received the hard drive. The seller informed me that he had mixed up my purchase with someone else's. After almost 4 weeks, postal tracking indicated that the item was finally shipped to me, and it arrived a few days later. I can appreciate mistakes being made, but having to wait a month for my purchase to be shipped to me is excessive. As for the hard drive itself, I've had no problems with it, and it is as-advertised.

easy to deal with and fast shipping. Have one small problem with machine that will need fixing but still good deal and machine performs as it should.
