The Fan controller was damaged during shipping and did not work. He went out of his way to help me and did all of the leg work for a RMA. Lamptron has already shipped a replacement but since it's coming from China, it's going to take a month. I will definitely buy from Him again and I suggest that if you get the chance, you do too. There was a delay in shipping and he contacted me to let me know that there was a delay with the ground freight truck and followed up to confirm that I had received the package. This was by far one of the smoothest sales transactions that I have had in the past few years. Absolutely no hassle, great communication and the seller was easy to work with. Volkswagen is a good guy, he sent the card over super quick after receiving payment and it was packaged really well.

My only gripe is that the video card and heatsink/fan were extremely dirty with lots of grime + hairs on them. It took me over two hours to clean it all off. Wish it would have been taken care of before the card was sent out but no big deal in the end. The card works good and the price was decent.

Would definitely trade with him again and recommend him as a seller.
