I shipped the RAM first because Kao has an excellent Heatware history.

Kao received the RAM but it was not stable in his DFI motherboard. After a reasonable effort to troubleshoot, we agreed that Kao would RMA the RAM directly to Crucial at my expense. Kao has received the replacements.

Kao was readily available for communication, and he apprised me of the situation on a regular basis. Payment was sent via money order quickly.

I have no complaints; Kao has shown his quality as a businessman and I would recommend doing business with him to anyone. A+
