Simply: He's one of the best. The RAM I received from him didn't work in my laptop (it can only take 128 MB SODIMMs), which was a shame. He was fair in refunding my money. I sent it back about a week later, no problems. He is a faster shipper with excellent communication. Definately someone I would want to do business with again. Overall, a great experience, although I'm sorry the RAM didn't wp4?iand I wasted some of his time.
