Excellent communication, very courteous. He even tested the drive and everything before sending it out! Item was very well packed and he shipped quickly. When I got it, the drive worked perfectly for @20 minutes, then died, lol. Stupid coincidence, I think - sometimes things like that just happen. Great trader, wouldn't hesitate to deal with again!
