I bought, after a serious sales pitch, a mobile Celeron 1.5 with a nice HSF from Jon. It was sent from Canada in good packaging but unfortunately was either DOA or fried by the ECS mobo I was intending to use with it. I sent the CPU to Karaktu (Joe) who tested it on his rig and pronounced it totally dead. Due to the constant, consistently good communication and service from Jon187, I am actually going to consider buying another Celeron from him since I have a new, certified motherboard to use with it. A great guy & a great trader who goes the extra distance to help in whatever way possible! A++

Everything arrived fast and he even upgraded me to USPS Priority shipping at no extra charge! Unfortunately, the Intel stock cooler had managed to get to the very bottom of the box and got squished. Due to not having any bubble wrap or padding around it, 2 of the plastic tabs that secure the HSF to the underside of the mobo had broken off and the others were bent. I notified Philip of this and proposed a small partial refund since I had to then go order a new cooler for the machine, but also taking into considering the expedited shipping. He was very polite about it and refunded me a few bucks promptly and all is well. Overall a fantastic deal and he was very nice to work with. I\'m glad we were able to resolve the problem so easily. I\'d do another deal with him anytime.
