Normally I do not do refunds but this guy was very apologetic and just made an honest mistake of not reading the item description. He immediately sent the memory back to me, I refunded him his money minus my fees, and I was able to quickly resell the memory to someone else. So it all worked out well for everyone in the end.

Well, I had tested the unit out and it was working fine several months ago. Then I boxed it up in anticipation of a sale.

JR bought it and upon receiving it could not get the unit to work. I suppose it died while in transit or while in storage. He notified me, I promptly refunded him his $, and he sent it back to me to confirm that it was indeed DOA.

I am sorry it didn't work out but he was a true pro and an A+ gentleman to deal with throughout the process. I'd gladly do another deal with him in the future and hopefully we have better luck with functional hardware!
