Absolutely one of best dealings I've had. This was a 3 party trade and required a good bit of communication and a little extra work for all. faenix was great in all aspects. I sent this out via US Postal with delivery confirmation on Feb 3. I had been watching for delivery confirmation to make sure that the package was delivered. On Feb 14, I received a PM saying that the CD still had not arrived. Perplexed, I called US Postal and was informed that they don't consider the package late until after 15 days. I thought that bit and offered to send by back-up copy of the CD if the original shipment did not arrive in another day or so. Chong Lee said that would be fine. I was getting ready to ship the copy when I received a PM that the CD had finally gotten there.

I would definitely deal with Chong again. He was very patient and the communication between was very civil. Overall, I am very pleased with how the transaction ended and would recommend Chong to anyone else considering buying/selling with him.
