I bought a Athlon XP 1900+ from him with a stock AMD heatsink. What I ended up getting from him was a stock 1900+ HSF,(what I "ordered") along with the stock 2500+ HSF, and a nice 80mm case fan that he just thru in for free!! Thanks, man!
