HKS has been by far the best trader I\'ve worked with. Laptop originally arrived to him DOA, and instead of giving up on the trade he took the time to allow me to make it right. He shipped back, I found out what the problem was (motherboard connections), and partially replaced the system (mobo, etc). This guy is top notch 100%, and an excellent an understanding person. I would not hesitate to trade with him again. Too bad there is no rating above Positive.
