AMD Opteron 165 Processor - Just the chip

I knew Jon was a well trusted and respected trader, so I had no problem buying a processor off of him for a friends system. Many days turned into weeks, and empty promises of shipment turned into no contact at all. I finally after two weeks of waiting filed a complaint with paypal. It was then that Jon\'s father (the paypal is his father\'s) told Jon to take care of this and had him refund my friends money and ship the chip. Jon claims that it was school and other responsibilities that held him back from taking care of the trade like he has so many others. Given the cost of the item, I can believe this more than believing that he truly wished to scam me and my friend. However, the way in which he handled the trade could have been very different. I feel Jon is a good trader, but in the future I would trade with him some caution and be sure to keep frequent contact with him.
