Seller sent me the items well-packed with speedy shipping. When it got here, it turned out there were leaky/raised caps (the board worked). I told him about the problem and he agreed to pay for part of the shipping back to Epox for RMA. He had also forgotten to include the fan clips with the heatsink, but made sure I got them. I ended up paying him half and half, first payment for the CPU and hsf, and then the second half when the board came. Through it all, he's been courteous, understanding and patient. An honest mistake for a new trader, and I would not hesitate to buy from him again.
