Motherboard was damaged during shipment. The corner of a DIMM was broken at the topmost pin. I tried using the hardware, but had some weird Windows issues.

Henry offered me a refund right away, and made good on it even before I had sent the board and chips back to him. I would not have any hesitation before dealing with him again.

I would very happily recommend this trader. He was willing to put up with a shipping mistake where a package got misplaced by my wife\'s employeer when it was left for shipping. This delayed shipping approx 2 weeks and I am beyond sorry it happened. Lesson learned and he was very understanding about the whole situation.
