I initiated the trade with CryHavoc on AnandTech on 5/31/13. He shipped out a few days later. He told me he dropped the hard drive and didn't want to send it for fear of DOA, but offered me a refund. I said I would prefer to wait until 6/15 which was when he said the replacement would come. He did follow up and honor his word. Plus, he gave me 8GB of RAM, 4GB more than promised.
