While there was a problem with the packaging - the internal plastic in the box came apart - and the processor was damaged(bent pins) I was able to straightin them & processor works as it should. Randy, on being notified of the problem, offered to not only refund me my money, but the cost of return shipping. While not a perfect transaction, I have to give Randy a positive rating, as he did everything in his power, and then some, to keep me happy. I highly recommend Randy, his honesty & caring make him someone I would not hesitate to recommend.
