just like to make note that the RAM i sent him was fresh from RMA and i had never opened/used it, so i had nothign to do with the RAM being DOA - i didnt sell him dead RAM :D

anyways, khurios is a super awesome guy, very friendly and patient, always kept in touch and never blamed me once for the problems with the RAM

i was so relieved that he was so cool about it that i felt paying for the shipping was the nice thing to do

We had great communications and I agreed to buy the cpu. Shipping was fast and packaging was excellent. However the cpu did not work right. It would boot in a Biostar mobo but could not get xp to load. When installed in an Asus, I got no video.

There are no signs of damage at all. I don't blame khurios as it was shipped and packaged well.

No harm no foul. Refund was quick.

I wouldn't hesitate to deal with him again. He's super trustworthy and an overall nice guy!
