Kevin is a super stand up trader, I originally purchased one kit of memory from him and when they arrived I memtested them and they had some errors, he IMMEDIATELY sent me a replacement set. (but offered first to refund)

While waiting for them to arrive I tested them in two other boards and they turned out to be fine, the original testing board turned out to be faulty, so I bought the second set from him.

Despite a minor setback Irwin handled this situation like an old pro, the mainboard he sold me was just fresh from rma and the AGP slot was DOA (who would have thought?) He immediately took it back and sent it back to Asus. When the replacement came back he tested it out and shipped it to me. Irwin's communication was superb throughout the whole transaction, and his packaging skills are excellent, he comes highly recommended in my book. :)
