The rad arrived with damage from transit, I apprised kenpomasta of the situation and he posted a refund immediately. The pump is in perfect working order. I'm disappointed that the rad was damaged since it was a perfect fit to my needs but I can't fault kenpomasta in his handling of the situation. Overall a very solid seller and I'd not hesitate to do business with him again. A+++
