even though things have gone wrong due to hardforums being down for so long. I believe once everything was figured out charlie pulled through. great guy, never gave up. I hope whoever reads this disregards the negative heatware i left him. it is in the process of being cleared up with heat23. charlie is a trader who takes full responsibility when things go wrong. I really appreciate everything he has done in this deal. I received the tracking number next and memory was received a couple days later. Wouldn\'t hesitate to deal again.
