On January 6th I was informed that the payment would be sent out on the 7th. It is now February 2nd and I have not recieved payment. \'Surly\' has not responded to any of the emails I\'ve sent him over the last month( to both of his email addresses.) Being that he has ignored my emails, not sent me any emails on his own accord, and has done another trade during this time period I conclude he has no intention of paying me.
