We had agreed to the sale through PMs, and I was literally standing in his basement making sure everything worked, when he sold it out from under me. Not an acceptable business practice.
Response from Super_ChickenDeal went bad, I had been communicating with two others, one of which my friend, who was sitting on the fence with a much higher offer. I should have forewarned the buyer. It just so happened that my friend called saying he?ÇÖll pay a much higher price just as buyer was in my basement. Had we met a half hour earlier it would have been his, or a half hour later I could have called it off on time. Once again I apologize for this inconvenience.July 29, 2007
