Shipping was "slightly delayed" (according to Matt, I wasn't expecting the item to get shipped that fast!). Kept good communication and much more than made up for the delay by sending the items next day delivery. Was not expecting this at all so I was pleasantly surprised. Items are in good condition and well packaged. Was sent the wrong brand hdd (Hitachi instead of Fujitsu) and was offered a replacement immediately -- not much of a problem for me as the brand is more of a preference than a requirement. I really appreciate the fast response and excellent service. Very generous and willing to work out any problems. Would definitely recommend Matt as he is an excellent trader.
