Purchased a Minolta Dimage Z1 digital camera from Tom. Tom was fantastic in providing specs, sample pictures, special delivery options, everything a great trader could ask for.

Due to an inherent flaw in the design of the camera, I wasn\'t comfortable in keeping the camera. (The viewfinder got stuck several times, a very common issue with the camera) Tom was more than willing and helpful to setup an arrangement/work something out.

In my now 6 years of trading I have not met a better trader (in terms of being reasonable or communication) than Tom. There\'s a reason why he\'s so highly liked on AT. I would deal with Tom again anyday of the week in a heartbeat. Thanks Tom!

Steve had good communication throughout the whole transaction. He had a problem with his HD which caused him to lose my address, which delayed the shipping date, (which was no problem) but he more than made up for it by guaranteeing it @ 892 @ 1.7v, and sent it next day air so it would arrive on the same day as originally scheduled. I had a few problems with the CPU (all of which were not his fault) and he talked me through it step by step. GREAT GUY, would trade with him again in a heartbeat.
