Well for the most part it was a smooth transaction. Prona is a good trader who has good communication. He paid up front and I shipped promptly We did discuss the Heatpipe situation. As for them being bent heatpipes, I put it in the M170 I had and tested it. It worked fine. It was snug but I wouldn\'t describe the item as \"damaged\". He felt otherwise so I did offer a complete refund immediately upon hearing his dissatisfaction with the video card which is what a good trader should do. He declined so I can only assume he is satisfied the product is in working condition.
