Pretty much everything went wrong with this transaction. Seller got sick and communication faltered. Seller didn't ship the RAM himself and consequently the RAM arrived under packaged and damaged. Refund was prompt. Brian had good intentions and I cannot fault him for getting sick and asking for help shipping the RAM. I would deal with him in the future.
